Tice Road Properties’ is applying to the Franklin Lakes Planning Board to build a surgery center at 793 Franklin Ave., an application which the attorney for Sabra Realty Associates, which owns Sabra Dental Studios located at 795 Franklin Ave., intends to object by presenting a legal argument against the project, according to the report.
Sabra’s attorney indicated he will submit objections to the planning board at a meeting scheduled March 2.
Tice Road Properties is proposing to raze a home to build a two-story, 16,000-square-foot surgical center on the property and an adjacent vacant lot.
