Sarasota medical office building sells for $4.4M: 5 things to know

The buildling that houses Premier Surgery Center of Sarasota (Fla.) sold for $4.43 million, according to SRQ.

Here are five things to know:

1. The ASC’s building is 20,475 square feet.

2. SVN Commercial Advisory Group senior advisors represented both the buyer, Lido Acquisition, and the seller, Premier Surgery Center of Sarasota.

3. National Surgery Center Holdings, a Tenet Healthcare subsidiary, is the majority tenant partner in the ASC. National Surgery Center Holdings is a diversified healthcare services company.

4. SVN Commercial Advisory Group closed the deal during the week of June 26.

5. The transaction only includes the buildling and the ASC will operate as normal post transaction.
