Premier Health's Middletown, Ohio-based Atrium Medical Center has acquired Southwest Ohio Surgery Center, also in Middletown, according to a report from the Journal-News.
The $2 million deal with the largest ASC in Middletown closed Sept. 16. The center will continue to operate with the same physicians and staff, according to the report.
