Portsmouth Regional ASC files form D for $665k in financing

Portsmouth (N.H.) Regional Ambulatory Surgery Center has filed form D for $665,451 in equity financing, according to an OCTA Finance report.

The surgery center was able to sell 100 percent of the financing round. The reason for the financing was not disclosed, according to the report.
