Physicians Realty Trust Acquires Ohio Medical Office Building

Physicians Realty Trust has acquired a Columbus, Ohio, medical office building owned by Central Ohio Neurosurgical Surgeons for $10.5 million.

The 38,900-square-foot building includes an 11,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center.

Physicians Realty Trust will lease back the medical office building to its current tenants. CONS has entered into a 15-year lease with Physicians Realty Trust, which includes a first year cash yield of 7.95 percent and annual rent increasing 2 percent each year.
