During the week of Sept. 25 to Sept. 29, Hospital Corporation of America shares traded at $79.58 per share, a 1.7 percent increase.
Press Ganey awarded Phoenix Endoscopy and Shawnee, Kan.-based Westglen Endoscopy Center, both AmSurg-affiliated centers, the "Guardian of Excellence Award" in patient experience. The awards were part of Press Ganey's Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery Survey.
Tenet Healthcare shares increased 0.6 percent, trading at $16.42 per share, during the week of Sept. 25 to Sept. 29.
