Real estate services company Lincoln Property Company acquired Banner Surgery Center – Gilbert, located in Mesa, Ariz., from a physician ownership group.
The 13,957-square-foot multispecialty ASC is affiliated with Phoenix-based Banner Health, according to a Sept. 3 news release from ERE Healthcare Real Estate Advisors.
ERE advised the physician ownership group in the transaction.
