Private equity firm Investcorp acquired Uniondale, N.Y.-based Health Plus Management.

2. Health Plus provides non-medical, front office and back office operations management for physician-owned practices.
3. Health Plus CEO and Founder Stuart Blumberg remains a shareholder of Health Plus and will continue leading the company.
4. Investcorp's recent investments include Privatzahnarztklinik Schloss Schellenstein GmbH, an implantology and dental surgery center in Olsberg, Germany.
5. Investcorp is based in Manama, Bahrain, but has a New York City office.
