Paragon Group to develop MOB, ASC in Florida: 3 things to know

Real estate development company Paragon Group, in partnership with Oxford Universal Design & Build, is developing a new medical office building in South Miami, Fla., according to a South Miami News report.

Here are three things to know.

1. The five-story, 62,000-square-foot facility will house an ASC, urgent care center, imaging services, laboratory services, primary care and more.

2. The lease for space in the new building began in December 2015, according to the report.

3. Construction will begin this year. The facility is slated for completion in 2017.
