Little Rock, Ark.-based Pain Treatment Centers of America purchased Little Rock-based Arkansas Surgery & Endoscopy Center for $3.4 million, the Democrat Gazette reports.

3. PTCOA borrowed approximately $2.8 million to make the purchase.
