The Blair Building, a 35,000-square-foot medical office in Richmond, Va., has been acquired by Flagship Healthcare Trust, an outpatient healthcare real estate investment trust.

Newmark has sold the Cypress Surgery Center in Wichita, Kan., for $15.3 million, the real estate company said April 27. 

US Eye, a physician-led multispecialty group, has partnered with Kelly Eye Center, which has five locations throughout greater Raleigh, N.C.
