Big Sky Medical has acquired a 110,465-square-foot medical office building with rentable space in El Paso, Texas, according to a Jan. 10 report from the Commercial Property Executive.

Ann Arbor-based University of Michigan Health is moving forward with plans to acquire Lansing-based Sparrow Health System, The Michigan Daily reported Jan. 8.

A nine-building medical office portfolio with properties in the Atlanta and Rome, Ga., area was purchased by AW Property Co., Commercial Property Executive reported Jan. 9.

Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate have teamed up to acquire 13 medical office buildings for $131 million, according to a Jan. 5 report from Rebusiness Online. 

Imperial Mariner, a four-building medical office campus in Brea, Calif., was acquired by Healthcare Property Advisors for $80 million, Commercial Property Executive reported Jan. 4.

CBRE has sold a three-building medical office portfolio in Broomall, Pa., for $11.6 million, according to a Jan. 4 report from Real Estate Weekly. 

Montecito Medical has acquired a 16,500-square-foot medical office building in Tampa, Fla., that is currently leased to an ASC and the Reproductive Medicine Group of Tampa.
