CVS Health is looking to make some big changes, from job cuts to building more Oak Street clinics.

Here are three deals from Surgery Partners, Optum and AmSurg that Becker's has reported on since May 23: 

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare's ASC chain, United Surgical Partners International, is driving the company's growth with a 22.2 percent revenue increase in the second quarter year over year.

Dallas-based ASC chain United Surgical Partners International announced it would acquire more than 90 ASCs from SurgCenter Development for approximately $1.2 billion in November 2021.  

Surgery Partners reported increased net income for the second quarter of 2023 and raised its full year adjusted EBITDA guidance.

Orlando (Fla.) Health has expanded in the state through a new partnership with Zephyrhills-based Florida Medical Clinic, a multispecialty physician group with 54 locations, 350 providers and 40 medical specialties.
