OrthoNeuro, ASC are tenants in newly acquired Ohio building — 3 things to know

A New Albany, Ohio-based medical building housing an orthopedic provider and a surgery center was acquired by Davis, a real estate company based in Minneapolis.

Three notes:

1. OrthoNeuro and New Albany Surgery Center are tenants of the recently acquired New Albany Medical Building II.

2. New Albany Medical Building II is on the Mount Carmel Surgical Hospital campus. Mount Carmel Health System is based in Columbus, Ohio.

3. OrthoNeuro is based in Westerville, Ohio, and has nearly a dozen locations in the Columbus area. New Albany Surgery Center is a 16,000-square-foot facility solely devoted to orthopedic care.
