Florida Hospital Medical Group has signed a letter of intent to acquire Winter Park Urology Associates; the acquisition would include Winter Park Urology’s practice, the Urological Ambulatory Surgery Center, a freestanding clinic and radiation oncology clinic.
Winter Park Urology Associates lists 15 urologists and three advanced registered nurse practitioners on its website. Its CEO is Joyce Vollmer.
