Here are nine updates on ASC companies and industry-relevant companies to note:

Minnetonka, Minn.-based UnitedHealth Group reported diversified growth in the second quarter of 2019, with Eden Prairie, Minn.-based Optum revenues hitting $28 billion. Read more.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Covenant Surgical Partners entered into a partnership with Phoenix-based Arizona Centers for Digestive Health, adding 11 practices to its portfolio.

Worldwide Surgical Solutions, a company that designs and builds surgical facilities, is seeking investors for 10 surgery centers in Texas that have closed down.

Vancouver, Canada-based CRH Medical Corp. bought a 51 percent stake in Crystal River (Fla.) Anesthesia Associates through an accretive transaction.

Palisades Eye Surgery Center in Bethesda, Md., was hit by a data breach, according to the HHS Office for Civil Rights.
