Physicians to Open Westside GI Surgery Center in Manhattan

A group of physicians is opening a new ambulatory surgery center called Westside GI on Manhattan’s far West Side, according to a Crain’s New York report.

Westside GI has signed a 15-year year for roughly 16,900 square feet. The new surgery center is made up of 13 gastroenterology and intestinal physicians, most of who are affiliated with St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital.

Westside GI worked with New York City-based Frontier Healthcare to arrange the deal. Frontier Healthcare works with physicians to help them create and manage ambulatory surgical centers.
