Frankfort, Ill.-based OAK Orthopedics is building a $15.5 million surgery center, The Daily-Journal reports.

1. The orthopedic practice is building a single-specialty surgery center on U.S. Route 45, south of the Chicagoland suburbs.

2. The surgery center will have three operating rooms and sit on 50 acres.

3. OAK Orthopedics plans to break ground on the development in July 2020.
