Chicago-based Northwestern Medicine has acquired an outpatient center in Oak Brook, Ill., for $58 million, converting its role from tenant to owner of the facility, according to a June 8 CoStar report.
An affiliate of the health system purchased the four-story building for $58 million. The seller was a joint venture between Harrison Street and MedProperties Group, which developed the property.
The 80,000-square-foot outpatient center first opened in January 2024. The facility houses immediate care, primary care and specialty care services, along with diagnostic imaging and infusion services. Since opening, Northwestern has consolidated several suburban practices into the location, according to the report.
