Here’s what you should know:
1. Northside filed plans for a three-story, 60,000-square-foot medical office building and a two-story, 20,000-square-foot-medical office building.
2. The buildings would include physician offices, an outpatient surgery center and an imaging center.
3. The developments would be near Northside’s Alpharetta Medical Campus and across from a facility planned by Marietta, Ga.-based WellStar.
