Houston-based Nobilis Health entered into an in-network contract at Plano (Texas) Surgical Hospital with a large national payer.

Houston-based HCA Gulf Coast completed its acquisition of North Cypress (Texas) Medical Center and named Jim Brown the facility's CEO.

Medical Facilities Corp. entered into an agreement for a $150 million syndicated revolving credit facility with a five-year maturity rate.
