Nobilis CEO resigns; Harry Fleming steps up — 5 things to know

Nobilis Health CEO Chris Lloyd resigned and was replaced by Harry Fleming.

Here are five key notes:

1. Mr. Fleming will remain on the company's board in the wake of his new position but stepped down as chairman on Jan. 6, 2016. He has been with the company since October 2010.

2. Steve Ozonian has been named chairman in Mr. Fleming's place and will continue to serve as chairman of the board's audit committee and compliance committee. He has been an independent board member since April 2015.

3. Since joining the company, Mr. Fleming has served as CFO and president.

4. Nobilis manages four surgical hospitals and five ambulatory surgery centers. The company is affiliated with an additional 28 facilities throughout the country and markets six independent brands.

5. The third quarter revenue was $52.5 million, the strongest quarter yet. Total net income attributable to Nobilis was $10.9 million.
