NJ real estate firm to develop building with ASC: 3 things to know

New Jersey real estate portfolio company Regent Medical Properties has its sights on a new project in Flushing, N.Y., according to Commercial Property Executive.

Here are three things to know:

1. Regent Medical Properties bought a 20,803-square-foot building in Flushing and plans to build a 12-story medical office building with an ASC.

2. Regent Medical Properties plans to tear down the current structure to make way for a 98,000-square-foot medical office facility.

3. The firm acquired the building from Calvary World Mission Church in a $19 million deal.
