New York medical office building sells for $16M

A 51,357-square-foot medical office building in Geneseo, N.Y., has sold for $15.9 million, according to a November report from Rebusiness Online

The building was constructed in 2021 and sits on 6.2 acres of land. It is fully leased to Rochester (N.Y.) Regional Health. 

The building was purchased by a New Jersey-based family office.
