2. The Bloom Organization served as an advisor to both New York Eye and The Mackool Eye Institute. Bloom negotiated the terms of the letter of intent and assisted with sell-side diligence on OCLI and Spectrum Vision Partners.
3. OCLI comprises 19 ophthalmology facilities across the New York metropolitan area. It employs 43 eye surgeons, seven optometrists, three physician assistants and one aesthetician.
