The school board unanimously accepted the company’s bid at a meeting Monday night. The company currently owns five Reed Eye Associates full service offices in two New York counties.

The 13,452-square-foot property has been on the market since last December with an asking price of $595,000.

The bid now goes before voters Sept. 17. If approved, the sale would be finalized in October.
