The ASC — Capital City Surgery Center — is included in a new 87,000-square-foot medical office building on the WakeMed Raleigh campus. It is expected to feature eight operating rooms and three procedure rooms, according to earlier reports.

Along with the outpatient surgery center, the three-story MOB will include imaging, and lab and pre-admission testing services.

Duke Realty will finance, develop, own, lease and manage the MOB, according to reports.

The facility is expected to open in mid-2012.
