The 12,000-square-foot ASC is a joint venture between physicians and the Einstein Medical Center Montgomery, a new hospital going up next to the MOB.

Other tenants in the MOB include a radiation therapy center, a women’s center for antenatal testing, physician practices and a women’s imaging center.

Completion of Einstein Montgomery Medical Arts Building and Einstein Medical Center Montgomery is scheduled for September.
