New MN Surgery Center Planned for Sanford Bemidji

A new surgery center is included in plans for expansion of the Sanford Bemidji (Minn.) medical campus, according to a Forum of Fargo-Moorhead report.

In addition to a 24,000-square-foot surgery center, Sanford Health of Northern Minnesota’s plan for expansion of Sanford Bemidji includes an orthopedics and sports medicine center and a cardiac center.

 

Sanford plans to break ground on the expansion, beginning with the orthopedics center, this spring. No construction timeline has been finalized.
