New Jersey surgery center sold for $3.7M

A surgical company acquired a surgery center in Hackensack, N.J., for $3.7 million, roi-nj.com reported June 13.

Zimmel Associates, a real estate agency, represented the surgical company.

The building is four stories and 15,300 square feet. The surgical company will occupy 11,500 square feet, while the remaining 3,800 square feet will be leased.
