WellStar is investing $80 million into a roughly 250,000-square foot facility — called East Cobb Health Park — that could include the surgery center, as well as a women’s health center, urgent care services, diagnostic center and primary and specialty physicians.

East Cobb Health Park, which will not be attached to a hospital, is expected to open in 2013, according to the report.
