The $820,000 Shepard CHC Surgical Center provides dental care to children 2-10 years of age, specializing in the treatment of patients requiring the use of general anesthesia to complete their dental visit, according to the center’s website.
The surgery center is expected to serve 2,000 patients annually.
It is part of not-for-profit Community Health Centers of the Central Coast.
