DermCare Management has acquired Fort Worth Plastic Surgery in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and physician-owned Wilmington Dermatology Center in Wilmington, N.C., expanding its national network to nearly 50 brands and almost 100 locations, according to a July 12 news release.
The acquisitions extend Hollywood, Fla.-based DermCare’s footprint in both aesthetic surgery and integrated dermatology.
Both practices will retain clinical autonomy while gaining access to DermCare’s operational support infrastructure including marketing, revenue cycle management and human resources. Financial terms were not disclosed.
