Montessouri Surgery Center building sells for $1.9M — 3 insights

Las Vegas-based Montessouri Surgery Center’s building was sold for $1,933,750, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

1. Prop II sold the medical office building to Medical Systems.

2. The 9,266-square-foot property includes a 3,995-square-foot surgery center that was designed for cosmetic surgery.

3. The surgery center has an operating room, four-plus exam rooms, a consultation room, a sterile room and five offices.
