Montecito Medical Real Estate closed on a multiholding medical office building portfolio transaction, according to Harpeth Capital.

1. Through the transaction, Montecito acquired an ophthalmic surgery center in Florida.

2. In the fourth quarter of 2018, Montecito also acquired medical properties in Maine and Georgia.

3. Harpeth Capital served as Montecito Medical’s exclusive financial advisor and placement agent in the latest deal.
