Montecito Medical acquires 86K-square-foot MOB portfolio

Nashville, Tenn.-based Montecito Medical has acquired a four-property medical office building portfolio that is leased to several physician groups. 

The portfolio, which encompasses 86,135 square feet, is fully leased to Orthopedic Health of Kansas City, Kansas City Urology Care and Sunflower Medical Group, according to a July 16 news release from JLL Capital Markets, which facilitated the sale. 

The practices provide services including interventional radiology, orthopedics, urology, oncology, physical therapy, urgent care and women’s health. The portfolio also includes an ASC. 

The four properties are located in Kansas and Missouri, the release said. 

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
