Mississippi Surgical Center to auction off assets: 5 things to know

Centurion Service Group is auctioning off assets of Mississippi Surgical Center, a multispecialty ASC.

Here are five key notes:

1. The auction will include radiology equipment, oakwood pain management tables, Zeiss Surgical Microscopes, Storz Image 1 Video Towers, Surgery Patient monitor, Orthoscan HD 1000-0004 high Definition Mini C-Arm and infusion equipment.

2. Mississippi Surgical Center includes more than 100 physicians and hosts specialties like ENT, orthopedics, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, urology, pain management and general surgery.

3. The auction will be a live simulcast on Jan. 7, 2016.

4. The surgery center was founded in 1987 and sees both adult and pediatric patients.

5. Centurion Services Group specializes in medical equipment auctions and has sold more than 100,000 pieces of medical equipment per year.
