Healthcare real estate company Davis acquired a four-property portfolio of medical outpatient buildings from Waconia, Minn.-based Lakeview Clinic, a multispecialty medical group, according to an Aug. 24 report from RE Journals.
The 114,360-square-foot portfolio, which includes MOBs in Waconia, Norwood, Chaska and Watertown, Minn., was purchased by Davis for $31.3 million.
Lakeview Clinic will retain control of clinical operations at all four facilities. The group has a network of 62 providers.
Three of the four properties are 100% leased, and the Chaska location is 87% leased.
As part of the transaction, Lakeview Clinic extended its leases at all four properties, the report said.
