MFC to sell Dakota Plains Surgical Center: 3 things to know

Medical Facilities Corporation has announced plans to sell Dakota Plains Surgical Center in Aberdeen, S.D. Here are three things to know about the transaction.

1. MFC owns a 65 percent stake in the surgical center.

2. MFC will sell its stake to Avera St. Luke’s Hospital in Aberdeen.

3. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of this year.
