MFC reports October dividend — 3 facts

On Nov. 15, Medical Facilities Corp. shareholders can receive a cash dividend payment of Cdn$0.09375 per common share at business close on Oct. 31, according to Stockhouse.

Here are three facts:

1. The dividend marks MFC’s 151st consecutive dividend payment since the company’s inception.

2. The dividend carries an ex-dividend date of Oct. 27.

3. MFC has controlling interest in a California ASC and five specialty surgical hospitals in Arkansas, Indiana, Oklahoma and South Dakota.
