1. The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2016 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2016.
2. This May dividend is MFC’s 146th consecutive dividend payment since the company’s inception.
3. May 27 marks the ex-dividend date for this distribution.
4. MFC owns controlling interest in a California ASC as well as four specialty surgical hospitals in South Dakota, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
