Mercy Hospital sells medical office building for $3.45M

Brewer, Maine-based Northern Light Health, the parent system of Mercy Hospital, has sold a medical office building in Westbrook, Maine, for $3.45 million, according to an April 29 report from Mainebiz.

The 30,200-square-foot facility was purchased by Waterstone Properties Group, which has an additional medical campus two miles away. 

Waterstone has been in the process of creating a medical and research campus for two years, as an “integrated ‘patient-centric’ medical environment,” according to the report.

Mercy sold the building following the development of a new office space for its team.
