1. Atlantic Street Capital is forming the company in partnership with instrument distributor Lombart Instrument and instrument supplier Marco Ophthalmic Inc.
2. The company is expected to close in the first quarter of 2019.
3. Lombart CEO Gordon Siteman said, “Creating Advancing Eyecare with the partnership of two leaders in the eyecare instrumentation marketplace increases our ability to provide the doctor both the service and product offerings that suit their budget and their technology requirements. 4. Advancing Eyecare will be co-chaired by David Marco and Bryan Bevin.
