MedProperties Holdings, Caddis Partners Acquire Animas Surgical Hospital

MedProperties Holdings and Caddis Partners recently completed a joint venture acquisition of RiverGate Medical Center in Durango, Colo., which includes a medical office building and Animas Surgical Hospital, according to a Healthcare Finance News report.

The 30, 505-square-foot Animas Surgical Hospital includes four operating rooms and 12 beds. The surgical hospital is operated by Symbion.

MedProperties is a healthcare real estate private equity firm and Caddis Partners is a real estate development, management and investment firm.
