MedProperties acquires Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery — 4 points

Chicago-based MedProperties acquired Mokena, Ill.-based Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery, according to ReBusiness Online.

Here are four points:

1. The 28,334-square-foot surgery center sits on 3.5 acres.

2. The center is equipped with four operating rooms, a 14,000-sqaure-foot surgery center and a 5,350-square-foot recovery center.

3. The facility was built in 2002, and the  recovery center and office space were added in 2008.

4. The deals of the transaction were not disclosed.
