Medical Facilities Corporation Announces Leadership Change

Medical Facilities Corporation has eliminated the role of president, previously held by Larry Teuber, MD, and the leadership responsibilities will be assumed by members of the corporation’s senior management team.

Dr. Teuber also stepped down as director of the corporation. The company announced John T. Perri will assume the roll of chairman of the company’s acquisition committee and assist MFC’s CEO and CFO in identifying new acquisition opportunities.

“Dr. Teuber was central to the creation and development of Medical Facilities and his vision, energy and talent contributed significantly to the establishment and growth of the company,” said Board of Directors Chairman Seymour Temkin in a company news release. Dr. Teuber will remain with the corporation as a consultant.
