Medical Facilities Corp. names Britt Reynolds CEO — 5 points

Medical Facilities Corp. named Britt T. Reynolds CEO, according to The Vancouver Sun.

Here are five points:

1. Mr. Reynolds will assume his role on June 1, 2016.

2. Equipped with 28 years of experience in hospital and health services management, Mr. Reynolds will work to build on the company's existing business and seek new opportunities in the U.S. market.

3. Mr. Reynolds has been president of hospital operations at Tenet Healthcare since January 2012. As president, he led Tenet's largest operation division of 84 hospitals and outpatient centers.  

4. Medical Facilities Corp. owns controlling interest in a California ASC as well as four specialty surgical hospitals in South Dakota, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
