Medical condo sold for $2M to convert to ASC

A medical condo in Mesa, Ariz., was sold for nearly $2 million, with plans to convert the facility into an ASC.

The 9,769-square-foot facility was sold for $197.56 per square foot, Kristina Cutillo, a commercial real estate associate at Cushman & Wakefield, said Oct. 14. 

The site is adjacent to both the MD Anderson Cancer Center and Banner Gateway Hospital.
