Alan Chanales, MD, a Rockville, Md.-based pulmonary disease specialist, will close his medical practice on Dec. 31, according to a notice in TThe Sentinel.
He is affiliated with Adventist HealthCare and Holy Cross Hospital–Silver Spring, according to US New & World Report.
Dr. Chanales has long served the Rockville community as an Adventist HealthCare–affiliated physician.
