Maryland hospital breaks ground on endoscopy center — 3 insights

Salisbury, Md.-based Peninsula Regional Medical Center is building an endoscopy center to offer Ocean Pines residents more care options, 47 ABC reports.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The center will be 12,000 square feet. It will feature a surgery center, an urgent care center and specialty physician offices.

2. Construction on the center will begin within a few weeks.

3. Hospital administration expect the center will be fully complete in summer 2019.
